I can’t blog.
The invention of the backspace on the keyboard means that following every sentence is me lamenting on said sentence and making adjustments. Also, there are penisloads of distractions on the internet. I don’t know what it is but I always feel the need to ensure that every post has some sort of meaning behind it before I post - you know - to sound intellectual. On that note, it irks me.
Language. I like words. I like sophistication. You can string a series of nice sounding words together and make it flow, fuck me. But please, if you can’t wield it, don’t use it. You’ll just sound like an asshole. Using big words with the sole intention of attempting to sound intellectual, contrary to popular belief, only results in the opposite effect - sounding like a douchebag. Please stop this. The incessant level of verbosity rampant amongst the ever rising amount of… this is painful to write.
